Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership. Please review the following policy regarding membership cancellations:

Cancellation Requests

All membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to office@rtso.ca .

Notice Period

To initiate the cancellation process, you must provide at least 30 days notice prior to the end of your current billing cycle. Failure to provide the required notice may result in automatic renewal and billing for the next billing cycle.

Early Termination

Early termination of your membership before the end of the agreed-upon term may be subject to applicable fees or penalties. You will be invoiced for the remaining amount until the end of your billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your membership term. You are responsible for any outstanding payments or fees owed up to the effective date of cancellation.

Automatic Renewal:

If you are enrolled in our monthly payment plan, please note that your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

Confirmation of Cancellation

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will provide confirmation of the cancellation and any applicable details regarding the remaining term of your membership.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for membership fees already paid.
