Cost is $110 + $8.80 PST = $118.80, plus handling fee of $3.80 + HST = $4.29 TOTAL = $123.09

Insurance coverage is valid from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

Professional Liability & Indemnity Insurance coverage includes, but is not limited, to the following:

• $2M/incident / $4M aggregate
• Nil Deductible Disciplinary Defense
• Annual Aggregate Criminal Defense Reimbursement:
• Sexual Abuse Counselling & Rehabilitation: $20,000/eligible person as defined under the Health Professions Procedural Code (Section 85.7(4) of the Code)

Option 2: $5M Liability – $176.00

Cost is $176 + $14.08 GST = $190.08 plus handling fee of $6.08 + HST = $6.87 TOTAL = $196.95

Insurance coverage is valid from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
