Please accept this as notice of the Respiratory Therapy Society of Ontario’s (RTSO) Annual General Members Meeting (AGM).
Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026
Time: 11:30 AM EST
Location: Join us at the Marriott on the Falls, Niagara Falls, ON, or virtually via Microsoft Teams.

All members who register for the AGM will be sent an email one week prior to the AGM with all the meeting materials.
Proxy Voting:
If you are unable to attend, you may appoint another member in good standing to act as your proxy. Please complete the Proxy Declaration form by November 13, 2026.
Your participation is essential to ensure quorum is met so that the RTSO can continue to fulfill its mandate as outlined in our bylaws.
Purpose of the Meeting:
The agenda for this meeting will include the following items of business:
- President’s update
- Ratification of new acclaimed Directors to the RTSO Board of Directors.
- Review of Year–End Review engagement
- By-laws amendments
