Health Professionals and Patient Safety

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDY

We are inviting the healthcare professionals providing direct care to patients who are working in a hospital setting in Ontario to take part in the research project titled “Interprofessional collaborative practice and its relationship with burnout and resilience in health professionals and patient safety”.

This research is being led by Drs. Lianne Jeffs and Edenise Batalha at Science of Care Institute, Sinai Health, with the main objective to analyze the relationships between interprofessional collaborative practice with burnout and resilience at work in health professionals and patient safety in the hospital context. Studies examining these interrelations in the hospital context are scarce, highlighting the importance of this study for care context.
