Release of Information Disclaimer (Step 1 of 9)
The RTSO, with funding from the Ministry of Health and Long
Term Care, has created a registry database of Respiratory Therapists that could
be utilized to access Respiratory Therapists who have expertise in specialized
fields. Please note that:
- the RTSO will not give out any member's name or other information to any
individual or firm that may choose to perform an inquiry. After an inquiry
is performed the RTSO will contact the members who have been identified by
the inquiry. The individual or firm performing the inquiry will only be notified
of the number of members who have been identified by this inquiry.
- it is up to the member to decide if they wish to contact someone who has
performed an inquiry.
- the RTSO is not responsible and is not liable for any activity or circumstances
that may arise or result from contacting or accepting a position with an individual
or firm performing an inquiry.
- The RTSO may periodically analyze the database to identify such information
that may allow us to improve the database or to contact the member for other
reasons related to the profession of Respiratory Therapy.
