PRESIDENT-ELECT NOMINATION FORM

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS, 2011

POSITION: President-Elect
TERM: Three years (one year each as President-Elect, President and Past President)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES OF PRESIDENT-ELECT:
The President-Elect shall assist the President in all matters and activities as requested by the President.
DUTIES OF PRESIDENT:
The President, when present, shall preside at all meetings of the members of the Society and of the Board. The President shall be the Chief Officer of the Society and shall also be charged with the general management and supervision of the affairs and operations of the Society. The President shall report regularly to all annual meetings of the Society.

QUALIFICATIONS: RTSO practising member in good standing
Interest and willingness to devote time and effort to the promotion and operation of the Society. 

If you are interested in the President-Elect position, you require the signature of two RTSO members to serve as ‘nominators’ to your nomination. Please contact the RTSO Office if you have any additional questions. 

Please return the completed nomination form to the RTSO office by August 15, 2011 or to any member of the Board of Directors.
